Hi there,
i have a problem with the Graphics Tutorial on this page.
when i just write down SCREEN 13 and run it the Program tells me "Illegal Function Call". Compiling goes okay but when I run the exe file i get an "Error 5 at pgm-ctr: 127"
Anyone can help? I use FirstBasic 1.00 for writing and compiling the code.

The tutorial isn't written for firstbasic but for QBasic / Quick Basic. Firstbasic doesn't have mode 13h (SCREEN 13), so that's why you get the error. Understand that FirstBasic has nothing to do with QB (it just has very similar syntax) as it used to be the shareware-stripped down version of Power Basic. Power Basic didn't support SCREEN 13, either.
