Right, here's a challenge that is simple for everyone, but should still be fun, hopefully.

Create a game that uses Vector/Wireframe graphics.
+ The game must be a top-down or side...-side shooter. (eg. Asteroids or FJ)
+ The game must be set in space, or some alien environment.
+ There should be the phrase "Purple monkeys with green balloons eat string cheese" somewhere in the game, but should be part of the game, not randomly placed somewhere.
+ There must be a story in the game, somehow presented in-game.

+ The game can be programmed using QB, FB or VB.
+ The graphics of the game have to be drawn at runtime (eg if the ship is a triangle, then it has to be drawn using Line statements or whatnot).
+ The game must not have more than one module (or more than one module per form for VB).

The game will be judged on the following:
+ Creative use of the phrase: "Purple monkeys with green balloons eat string cheese."
+ Quality and implementation of vector/wireframe style graphics.
 + Gameplay
+ Compatibility (i.e., if the game works on many computers.  For example, if the QB game doesn't work on my computer, but will maybe work broken on others, this will hinder the score.)
 + Story

The game must be complete by: (I'll update this when I have an idea of how many people are going enter and how much time they need...after all, this is us, the QBN forum lazy bastards Cheesy).

Can we use external data files?

If something is not allowed, then I'll put it in the rules, otherwise, do whatever you want.
