Anyways, Im looking 4 sum sound effects........
    Metal Clang (sword hit sword)
    Metal Clang (sword hit sheild)
    Metal Clang (sword hit armour)
    Thud (Fist hit skin)
    Thud (you fall down)

Im also looking for a file format that is small, but can hold good quality sound.  If im gunna allow download for this game when done, I want ppl to download it quickly, and easily unpack, and play the game....

If you got relsoft in your corner, you've got one hell of a teacher. Listen to him, he knows what he's talking about.

Anyways, those samples can be pretty easily found by googling. If not, I think I have all of those in my sample library. I'll look and see later on today if I get the chance.

As far as small samples go...mp3. Small size, good quality. Of course, if you're using QB, your only choice will be to use one of the DS4QB variants if you want to use mp3 samples. Otherwise, wavs are just fine. Samples like the ones you want are not large, even at 44100/16 bit stereo.

I'd knock on wood, but my desk is particle board.
