Mexico City doesn't make up the entirety of Mexico Tongue it's what we call the exception to the rule. I would go into my usual speech about basing entireties on exceptions but I don't think my network connection will hold up that long Cheesy

It is a general feature of any country/place. Population is concentrated around the economic/industrial areas while is spread out in the country side.

You didnt get me. I meant obviously you cant expect any country to have a uniformly distributed population over its entire area.

i think you didnt get me,  the comment i made was in reference to Moneo saying people in Mexico arent that spread out, that it's not like PR where the island is only a hundred miles wide, hence noone is really that far away

Okay... so if I were to drive on a highway, halfway through, run off the side of the road into the forest. Cut some trees down, and then build a house, I wouldn't get in trouble?

Depends where. If it's very rural, and not in a military base or hunting grounds and not for 25 years, you'll be fine. Otherwise, someone will find ya.
And don't build a condo, atah meyvin?

I get your point. Actually it's not that the people are spread out, it's that the country is very large and therefore the cities are spread out. So if you fly into Mexico City and want to visit 2 friends, then you might have to take two airline trips to see them, which of course would not occur on the island of Puerto Rico.
BTW, I've always wanted to visit PR, it has a special charm --- "Puerto Rico del alma."
As long as I have you "on the line" --- is it also acceptable to call it Porto Rico, and from whence comes the difference?
