The 32 bits stuff is out of scope. We are just replacing some of the functions in the runtime, the compiler has nothing to do with them. What we are doing is sort of patching the LIB files that are linked with your C OBJ when you use stdio, for example, but in QB.

Nope, that would mean disassembling BC.EXE, change the compiler, and assemble it again.

We are talking about modifying the Runtime.
