Yeah. I think that SVGA in QB is pretty stupid mainly 'cause the game will only work in your computer, most likely.

No, I am exagerating, but I fell close.

2D games should never die. I still enjoy them. Most 3D games doesn't have half the gameplay as the ol' 2D glories. You just hit CTRL and the character does everything by itself.

Dude, this thread is 6 years old. It would be some kind of bloody miracle if you got a response from KulaQB.

Someone surely dug up an interesting thread here... (pun intended on 'digger'). A 6-year old thread of mine... *dies*.

About your problem, first of all I'm not Sir KulaQB, and second of all, it wasn't me who posted the digger game in the first place. You might have a better response with someone experienced with the game rather than myself. I'm sorry but I can't help you with it. You might try updating DirectX (or maybe even downgrading it), or putting sound and music off.

About KulaQB itself, it kinda stranded because it originally used DS4QBpp, but my previously new (now very old) pc did not like it very much.

I used to post a lot, yes. But most, if not all, of those posts were made at school. It was during the time when I didn't have internet at home yet, so I'd just program at home, and chat at school.

Entered in various competitions, such as ones from QBNZ and Adigun A. Polack. Oh the good old times.

It's long gone though, it's been years since I've last programmed in QB. I program in C++ and C# now, job-related, heh.
