Alright, I'm having a problem, and its not so much a problem with my programming, as with my input into the ide.

Anyway, when I have my numlock on, any movements I make with the cursor keys (not the numpad keys) highlight everything, wherever I move the cursor. When I turn it off, I am unable to highlight things, even using the shift key. I recently got a new logitech keyboard, but it is basically the same as my old one, and the new one worked previously, its just been since I have reinstalled windows that I have been having problems (I also lost about 40 hours worth of work on a program i have been doing, quite sad really). Anyway, if anyone knows what gives, I would really like to know so that I can fix it.

thanks,
aaron

Well at first reboot in DOS mode to see if the problem is with
windows. (of course; if you have XP or something you can't do that AFAIK)
Also try the keyboard with qb on another computer.
Well I can't give more help than that but it might tell you where the problem is...
...Then I leave the rest to the pro's around here to really help you out...
