Could someone point me to EMS specs or XMS or both. And perhaps some code. Anything would be useful.
There's another kind of memory, that could be accesible from QB?
Thanks in advance.

I was looking for same code to access EMS and XMS memory.
What i pretend is to make same sort of "memory allocator" that work regardless of the kinda of memory of the computer.
That is my second question, there're another type of memory that can be  used in qb?

Conventional Memory... lol

And I think the HD and CDROM buffers should be accessible too. But I really wouldn't know how to do it : :-?

Btw, what do you want a memory allocator for?
