I am in charge of a web page for my church. We have purchased the domain name etc., but the guy that did it before me isn't or won't help me right now. How do I get to where I can actually put things on it and "design" it?? Anyone have help??

You have to get in touch with the people that actually host it. They'll set you up with a username/password and let you know what version of php the server is running and all that stuff, if any.
