Here it is agian.... This time how ever, the voting will run for the old challenge while the new one takes place.... Voting will end at the time of this post ^ .. on Saturday the 8th..

hmm, I must have miss calculated the poll date, or something.... Any way, the poll is called:

1st: Dr_D: 60% - [9]
2nd: Torah: 26% - [4]

I tried to do an entry in LightWave... in fact I went so far as to make it my only 3d modeler/thing on my pc. But I just cant seem to make the transition to it, and I havent finished anything 3d since :lol:

What seems to be the problem? Have you tried looking at any online tutorials, besides that half-ass blob one I made?

I may start participating in these once I get time to learn blender, I have 3dsmax also but it seems more complex.

Same here and I agree.  I thought it was tough before I looked at the wiki tutorials.  I really am not so good though, as I don't know how to map multiple textures on an object >_>  I may look back through those tutorials and learn it ^_^;;

That requires uv mapping I believe. So look that up...

On second thought, you may be able to place multiple textures in the same way you put multiple materials... you could look that up too.
